Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of full-time general maintenance experience.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intention to obtain within six months.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance and repair service requests promptly.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks and ensure safety.
• Maintain the physical condition of the property according to standards.
