Job summary

Thesciongroupllc is seeking a Facilities Technician II to maintain the physical condition of properties and ensure optimal service to customers. The role requires experienced technicians with strong problem-solving skills and technical abilities to operate crucial building systems.

Job duties include performing preventive maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of general maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and clear communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of full-time general maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs as necessary.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property per Standard Operating Procedures and OSHA.
• Perform preventive maintenance and operate life safety systems.
• Coordinate maintenance objectives and service requests.
