The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help maintain and improve the appearance and condition of university facilities. Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• At least 2 years of experience in Construction Carpentry Fire-stopping Painting.
• Ability to become qualified in two of these specialties: Carpentry Finishing Fire-stopping Flooring.
• OSHA 10 certification (must obtain during probation period).
• Ohio driver's license may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Repair, renovate, and maintain building interiors and exteriors.
• Perform carpentry, flooring, finishing, and fire-safety related work.
• Ensure facilities meet safety and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and respond to emergencies.
• Complete documentation and provide customer-focused service.
• Collaborate with team members and support facility operations.
