Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with conveyors, electrical systems and building maintenance.
• Associates or higher degree in Mechanical or Electrical field preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of operation and repair of material handling equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor service technicians to meet building and department goals.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures and close out work orders.
• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair material handling systems and conveyors.
• Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts and energy management equipment.
• Communicate equipment status to management and other maintenance teams.
