Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.

• Hold at least one certification in Electrical, Plumbing/Boilers, Mechanical/HVAC, or Life Safety.

Responsibilities

• Completes and facilitates basic and complex work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Acts as a technical expert in several building trade fields.
• Coordinates work using staff and contractor resources.
• Ensures preventative maintenance procedures meet manufacturer recommendations and regulatory requirements.
• Gathers testing and documentation of regulated items within specialty.
• Communicates status of work orders to customers and departments.
• Serves as main point of contact for contractors during project design phases.
