Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 years of documented commercial/industrial maintenance experience (or 2 years healthcare with MEC Certification).
• Includes maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems.

Aufgaben

• Provides timely response to unanticipated facility needs to maintain safety and avoid service interruption.
• Performs preventive maintenance and on-demand work orders within established time frames.
• Monitors building areas for maintenance issues including envelope, windows, doors, and related grounds concerns.
• Maintains and troubleshoots utility systems within the building such as boiler, chiller, ventilation, and fire protection systems.
