Qualifications

• 1-year trade school in electricity, HVAC, refrigeration, or building maintenance.
• 2 years in progressive building maintenance may substitute trade school.
• Valid driver's license; Tank Operator training within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and management control for a functional area of the facility maintenance department.
• Oversee hospital campus, clinics, and leased properties within the Mercy Hospital Community.
• Ensure an exceptional Environment of Care and effective management of the functional area.
• Collaborate with related departments as required by Mercy Health.
