Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, restaurant or retail ensuring that all services are effectively delivered and facility needs are met including custodial, life-safety, engineering and general maintenance.
• Manage service contracts cost effectively, handling periodic and ongoing performance and financial reviews, RFPs, payments and invoicing to contract pricing, and implementing audit and control systems.
