Responsibilities

• Perform renovation and restoration to maintain interior and exterior aesthetics.
• Modify/install drywall, doors, windows, ceilings and flooring.
• Inspect and repair fire-rated walls and doors; ensure safety compliance.
• Lead and mentor a team of facilities technicians; distribute work orders.
• Maintain documentation and provide high level customer service.
