Job summary

The Boeing Company seeks an Experienced Facilities Project Administrator (Level 4) to lead high-impact facilities projects in the St. Louis Production Equipment Maintenance team, Berkeley area. You will manage contracts, coordinate with customers and designers, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Role requires extensive PM experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop work packages with budgets, schedules, and drawings. Security clearance eligibility is required. Shift is 1st.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex integrated schedules or projects.
• 5+ years of experience managing projects with standard PM tools (MS Project, Gantt charts, MS PowerPoint).
• 5+ years of experience in Facilities/Construction Management.
• Experience communicating with employees, customers, peers and leadership.
• Experience with MS Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Directs construction of contract strategy and approves contracts for high-impact projects.
• Evaluates contractor proposals for fair and reasonable cost.
• Administers contractor activities and engages in contractor selection and negotiations.
• Creates work packages including budget, schedule, drawings, specs, and procurements.
• Coordinates with customers, designers, SHEA, security, and network teams to implement plans.
• Ensures compliance with Boeing and regulatory standards.
• Develops cost estimates and business cases for projects.
• Oversees project records, closeout, and audit trails.
• Directs and mentors less experienced staff.
