Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field
• 9+ years of related work experience
• Experience in reliability, maintainability, and safety engineering
• Experience with reliability, maintainability, testability and safety standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and manage priorities

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and develop RM&SH program plan to meet objectives
• Allocate and predict failure rates and measure against requirements
• Develop Reliability Block Diagrams to represent relationships and assess reliability
• Perform FMEA to identify and mitigate risk and support design changes
• Assess Fault Detection and Isolation metrics for availability impacts
• Guide designers and management to meet safety and reliability objectives
• Supervise testing and demonstrations to evaluate reliability and maintainability
• Conduct FRACAS to establish root cause and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety policies
• Engage with RM&SH Engineering capability to ensure compliance
