Facilities Engineering Senior Manager
Boeing is seeking a senior manager to lead our Facilities Engineering team in Hazelwood, MO. The role will oversee a team of engineering leaders across our Midwest regional sites, including other Boeing locations within the region. The manager will provide technical guidance, foster team engagement, and drive performance to ensure overall success while supporting enterprise initiatives that align with broader organizational goals.

Position Responsibilities
- Manage, develop and motivate employees and first‑level managers performing activities related to infrastructure planning, engineering, design, analysis, improvement of construction projects and maintenance operations
- Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provide input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
- Acquire resources for department activities, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Participate in equipment making and/or buying decisions
- Participate in source selection; provide technical oversight and integrate supplier activities
- Able to travel up to 25% domestically
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an ABET accredited course of study in engineering and ABET accredited college/university
- 5+ years of experience in Facilities Engineering
- 5+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing a team
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- Master’s degree or higher
- Experience in engineering design and/or analysis
- 5+ years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry
- 5+ years of experience with team building, developing and motivating employees
- Experience within project leadership including planning, implementing and executing program plans
- Experience as a strategic business partner with strong customer support, and excellent teamwork
- Experience working with and developing a Long Range Business Plan (LRBP)
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Experience with computerized Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Experience with Engineering design

Summary Pay Range: $152,150–$205,850
