Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years' Project Management experience.
• 2+ years' experience with Visio, Mind Manager, PowerPoint or other process mapping/diagram applications.
• 2+ years' experience with MS Project.
• Experience with Maximo.
• Ability to obtain SCI and full scope polygraph prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily project operations ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and safety standards.
• Coordinate vendors and subcontractors on-site to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and project status briefings.
• Write and review Statements of Work (SOW) to define objectives and terms.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with Boeing governance.
