EFCO Corp. in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and lead capital projects across headquarters and manufacturing sites.

You will develop plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans, coordinating internal teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver on time and within budget. The role requires 2–4 years of experience, a related Bachelor's degree, and PM certifications; proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, and Microsoft Office.

• Lead strategic facilities projects from initiation to closeout within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with operations and safety teams to minimize production disruption.
• Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and CAPEX docs; track spending.
• Review drawings (AutoCAD/Revit) and contractor submittals for accuracy.
• Solicit bids, select vendors, and manage contracts and performance.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and EFCO policies.
• Provide project reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and travel as needed.
