Job summary

Clear Global Solutions LLC is seeking an on-site Lead Construction Project Manager to oversee capital and infrastructure projects and technology implementations, including work supporting the federal government. The role involves leading construction from planning through closure, coordinating teams, vendors, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and quality requirements to deliver successful outcomes.

You will direct and manage multiple project managers and programs across diverse locations, ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
15+ years of project management experience.
Expertise in project management, risk management, budget management, and project scheduling.
Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and negotiation skills.
U.S. Citizenship required
Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (Secret / Top Secret / Public Trust)
Employment is contingent upon successful background investigation and PIV card issuance

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison to the COR, CO, and CGS.
Lead and provide oversight to contracted Project Managers on complex construction projects and programs.
Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across diverse locations.
Monitor program performance and ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.
Track budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization; ensure reporting on time.
