Job summary

Carlisle is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support improvements, reliability, and expansion of our manufacturing and warehouse facilities. You will lead major maintenance and capital projects from concept through completion, defining scope, budgets, timelines, and resources.

You will coordinate with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Finance, HR, R&D, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure projects meet codes and safety standards while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial/manufacturing/construction facilities
• Strong project-management experience and ability to drive initiatives through completion

Responsibilities

• Assess facility infrastructure to identify maintenance and improvement needs
• Develop short- and long-term facility improvement plans with scope, cost, schedules, and funding
• Lead major maintenance and capital projects through full lifecycle
• Prepare capital funding requests and support business-case development
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors, and government agencies
• Support building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, piping, security, fire protection)
• Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA, EPA, and NFPA requirements
• Track budgets, schedules, documentation, and closeout activities
