EMCOR Government Services seeks an experienced Facilities Program Manager to lead the Facilities Maintenance and Operations Support Services contract in the DMV area. You will act as the senior on-site EMCOR representative responsible for contract performance, customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and workforce development.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of progressive management experience leading multiple departments or large technical organizations in a complex facilities environment.
• Minimum five (5) years of facilities operations and maintenance management experience.
• Proficiency with Maximo is highly desired.
• Excellent communication and listening skills at all organizational levels.
• Formal presentation/briefing skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the senior EMCOR representative and primary point of contact.
• Direct all contract operations across multiple facilities.
• Ensure successful execution of all PWS requirements.
• Establish priorities and allocate resources to meet performance objectives.
• Lead strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction and contract compliance.
• Provide executive briefings to leadership.
• Develop and implement operational policies and performance metrics.
