EMCOR Government Services seeks an experienced Facilities Program Manager to lead the Facilities Maintenance and Operations Support Services contract in the DMV area. This role is designated as Key Personnel and serves as the senior on-site EMCOR representative with overall responsibility for contract performance, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, financial management, safety, quality, subcontractor oversight, and workforce development.

Reports To: Executive Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or higher.
• Extensive leadership of large facilities contracts.
• Experience with federal/institutional contracts preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead contract operations across multiple facilities.
• Oversee safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Develop workforce leadership and succession plans.
• Provide executive briefings and stakeholder communications.
