Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corporation in Braintree, MA is seeking a Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician to lead maintenance of facility and production equipment in a GMP-regulated environment, including cleanrooms. You will troubleshoot HVAC and utilities, implement PM/CMMS plans, and partner with Engineering, Quality and Production to minimize downtime.

The role requires 5–8+ years of regulated maintenance, an associate degree or technical certification, and strong problem-solving under GMP/ISO

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or related field.
5–8+ years of facilities or production equipment maintenance in a regulated environment.
Experience supporting manufacturing equipment in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech setting.
Hands-on experience working in cleanrooms (ISO 7/8 or better preferred).

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair facility systems including HVAC, cleanroom AHUs, HEPA filtration, boilers, chillers, compressors, wastewater, and building automation systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipment; troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and control issues.
Support equipment setup, calibration, and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and revalidation as needed.
Develop and execute PM programs using CMMS to reduce downtime and improve reliability (OEE).
Lead or mentor junior technicians and coordinate work with Engineering, Production, Quality, and EHS teams.
