Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Facility Manager to act as the single point of contact for facilities management. The role supports the Regional Manager and Account Director with quality service delivery, managing plant operations teams, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.

You will oversee safety, staff development, and adherence to policies. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in facility management with strong leadership, communication, and CMMS experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience
• Managerial experience with budgets and personnel responsibilities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage in matrix organizations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Share Point
• Experience with CMMS/Work Order systems
• Ability to supervise vendor performance including weekends when necessary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the plant operations team; ensure maintenance, financial, CMMS, safety, and regulatory programs are efficient
• Maintain knowledge of the Master Services Agreement and amendments
• Accountable for financial performance related to operational facilities spend within budgets
• Track trends and KPI/SLA performance and recommend action plans
• Provide oversight of maintenance, projects and vendor activities for critical operations
• Ensure staff are trained and create a safe work environment per policies
• Ensure building systems comply with regulatory requirements
• Determine compliance with standards per management directions
• Perform additional duties as needed
