Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience.
• Managerial experience with budgets and personnel responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and matrixed-organization experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the plant operations team and ensure maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Manage financial performance related to operational facilities spend within budgets.
• Provide oversight of maintenance, projects, and vendor activities for critical operations.
