State of Washington’s Department of Social and Health Services seeks a Facilities Senior Planner to lead design, planning, and construction across leased properties in Western WA. The role centers on managing multiple projects and coordinating with regional staff and external partners from Olympia, with potential assignments elsewhere in Western WA.

The position lasts one year with a possibility of permanent placement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, planning, or allied field.
• Four years of experience in government facilities planning or related field.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Project and SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Direct facilities design, project management, and oversee construction.
• Assist in the development of short- and long-range statewide planning for DSHS.
• Maintain coordination with Regional staff, partners, managers, and lessors to manage multiple projects.
• Ensure projects meet State Environmental Policy Act, building codes, and accessibility guidelines.
