Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks a Manager, Facilities Operations to lead the facilities management function across a large, multi-site retail portfolio.

You will guide a team of Coordinators and Senior Coordinators and own day-to-day operations, preventive maintenance, vendor performance, and cost optimization. This role partners with Real Estate, Construction, Finance, Procurement, Store Operations, and external providers to ensure safe, compliant, and high-performing stores that support

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive facilities management experience.
• 5+ years in people leadership and vendor management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Certifications such as IFMA, BOMA or PMP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to a large facilities team.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and asset life-cycle strategies.
• Own OPEX and CAPEX budgets for facilities maintenance and projects.
• Select, negotiate, and manage service contracts with vendors.
• Lead process improvements and systems for facilities operations.
• Partner with Real Estate, Store Operations, Finance, Procurement and IT.
