Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a General Manager to inspire the team, drive sales and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced automotive parts retail setting.

The role requires managing store operations, developing Professional Customer relationships, and achieving financial metrics while maintaining service standards.

The schedule includes 11-hour days, 5-6 days a week, with nights and weekends as needed; strong leadership and extensive hands-on involvement are expected.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Successful experience managing profitability with strong financial acumen.
• AES certification is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work 50-55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule and engage store Team Members.
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards.
• Lead on-duty responsibilities and safety, assign tasks and monitor outcomes.
• Support change management and diversity within the team.
