1A Auto Inc. seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee multi-site facility planning, operations, and maintenance for a large distribution and business center. The role ensures safe, compliant environments and efficient equipment performance.

The incumbent will lead preventative maintenance, coordinate with contractors, and support cost-effective facility operations, emphasizing safety and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of facilities, construction, or corporate real estate management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Excel.
• Knowledge of Local and State Codes and Ordinances as well as safety regulations.
• Thorough understanding of building construction and associated trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for warehouse equipment including conveyors and dock equipment.
• Create and maintain a preventative maintenance plan and inspections.
• Coordinate with outsourced services and outside repair contractors and track repairs.
• Develop facility utilization plans and maintenance policies/procedures.
• Train warehouse associates with safe and proper use of warehouse equipment.
