Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Sr. Facilities Manager to own the reactive and program R&M vendor network across a multi-site portfolio. You will manage budgets, drive cost controls, and partner with Operations, Finance, and Real Estate to keep sites safe and compliant.

The role leverages CMMS for work orders and reporting, requires leadership of supervisors, and ensures emergency management, vendor governance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive facilities management experience, including vendor management, CMMS administration, and budget ownership across a multi-site portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own the reactive and program R&M vendor model, including vendor selection, onboarding, performance management, escalation, and exit decisions across all trades.
