The Building People is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations & Management leader in Pennsylvania to guide technical direction across multiple sites. Qualifications

• 10+ years in Infrastructure Operations and Management.
• Vocational/technical training in MEP fields.
• Professional licensing in aligned trades.
• Experience with highly technical facilities (hospital/data center).
• Strong leadership and multitasking across projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee O&M across multiple sites and ensure continuous operation of building systems.
• Provide functional guidance and technical direction to teams.
• Manage compliance with MEP, OSHA, and related standards.
• Lead maintenance planning, budgeting, and contract oversight.
• Coordinate client communications and support business development.
• Review plans and specifications for constructability and cost.
• Develop QA/QC programs and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead safety and operational training programs.
