Job summary

ePlus Inc. in Herndon, VA is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations across U.S. locations, maintain building systems, and lead a facilities team.

You will manage budgets, procurement, vendor contracts, and office services to keep workplaces safe, functional, and productive. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of facilities management experience, multi-site exposure, ServiceNow familiarity, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in facilities management, business or engineering fields.
• Minimum 5 years' facilities management experience, multi-site preferred.
• Experience supervising teams and managing vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety).
• Familiarity with service/work-order systems; ServiceNow is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and develop Facilities staff with ongoing coaching.
• Oversee daily facilities operations across all U.S.-based locations.
• Serve as primary contact for facilities needs and issues; provide responsive service.
• Manage facilities ticketing system: evaluate, prioritize, and monitor requests.
• Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance across portfolio; liaise with vendors.
• Manage service providers and contracts; monitor performance and renewals.
• Develop and manage facilities operating budgets; process invoices and expenses.
• Procure office supplies, FF&E, and other workplace goods/services for U.S. locations.
• Plan and execute office moves, renovations, relocations, and other capital projects.
• Collaborate with landlords/property management and ensure lease compliance.
• Maintain DOT driver records and vehicle registrations; support audits and controls.
• Develop and maintain facilities procedures and cross-functional collaboration.
