Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, facilities management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of facilities management or supervision experience.
• Experience with multiple sites, vendor management, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support daily facilities operations across multiple sites.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate work orders and repairs.
• Coordinate vendor management and service contracts.
• Oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety).
• Ensure safety regulations and accessibility standards are met.
• Assist with budgeting, capital planning, and facility improvements.
• Coordinate space planning and event setups.
