Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Sr. Manager for a large pharmaceutical manufacturing site. You will oversee building operations, maintenance, and CBRE Soft Services, ensuring GxP compliance and client satisfaction.

Lead and mentor staff, develop budgets, manage vendors, and drive efficiency across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems. This on-site role demands strong leadership and regulatory awareness within a dynamic pharma environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance, coaching, and mentoring.
• Strong budgeting, financial oversight and cost-control abilities.
• Familiarity with GxP and regulatory expectations in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KPIs and financial performance for a region of GxP manufacturing sites.
• Develop and approve annual operating budgets.
• Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for staff.
• Coordinate daily activities, schedules, and cross-training of the team.
• Manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and report on unresolved facility issues.
• Support capital projects, budgets, and variance reports.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with local/state/federal regulations.
