Compass Group USA's ESFM division seeks a Business Unit Manager to oversee integrated facilities services at a regulated life sciences campus. You will lead Office Services, Shipping & Receiving, Housekeeping, and Vendor Management to ensure safe, compliant operations and audit readiness.
Responsibilities include site operations, regulated logistics, IPM, QA and EHS compliance, P&L ownership, and client relationships. Strong leadership and GMP/GxP knowledge are essential.

The Business Unit Manager is the senior operational leader responsible for the overall management, compliance, financial performance, and client satisfaction of integrated facilities services at a regulated life sciences manufacturing campus. This role provides leadership for Office Services, Shipping & Receiving, Hazardous Materials Shipping, Regulated Logistics, Mailroom Operations, Housekeeping, Workplace Services, Pest Control, and Vendor Management programs. The Business Unit Manager ensures all services are delivered safely, compliantly, and in alignment with ESFM, Compass Group, client, Quality Assurance (QA), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and regulatory requirements. Quality Assurance is a foundational expectation of the role and is critical to ensuring contract compliance, audit readiness, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
