Job summary

Credence in Ohio seeks an experienced Operations Management HR leader to support the OM Division (AFLCMC/WAO/WBO) at Wright Patterson AFB. You will handle manpower planning, civilian/military data, and organizational performance studies while coordinating with senior management and customers.

Responsibilities include advising on resource issues, maintaining HR programs, and ensuring accurate FRA data. A secret clearance and DoD experience are required for this senior role.

Qualifications

• Active secret security clearance required.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree with DoD experience preferred;10 years minimum in the field.
• Bachelor’s degree with DoD experience;12 years required, five in DoD.
• Fifteen years of directly related experience with relevant certifications as per PWS.
• Must manage official records per AFI 33-322 Records Management.

Responsibilities

• Research manpower and position management; support Fighters & Advanced Aircraft, Bombers, and F-35 projects.
• Coordinate with OM chiefs and HR for personnel/resource requirements; support analysts.
• Meet with management to discuss HR status and workloads; prepare org charts and reports.
• Advise leaders on resource issues; review policies and provide recommendations.
• Represent F/B Directorate with customers to maintain HR programs and relationships.
• Assist in managing FRA for civilian pay periods; ensure time accounting accuracy.
