Job summary

The Senior Operations Manager at ESFM, the corporate facilities management division of Compass Group USA, will plan, evaluate, implement and report on departmental operations, providing oversight of business activities, strategic planning, and program administration.

Key responsibilities include supervising the unit, shaping strategic plans, developing policies, staying current with industry developments, providing financial reports to sector leadership, and seeking cost-saving opportunities

Qualifications

3+ years operations experience; Finance experience a plus.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Able to travel up to 35% and overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

Oversee and report on departmental operations and strategic programs.
Supervise the unit within the department.
Contribute to policy development and revisions.
Stay current with developments in the field and pursue professional development.
Provide fiscal oversight and prepare financial reports for senior leadership.
Identify cost-saving opportunities in labor and materials.
Serve as liaison to customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
