Job summary

GuideWell is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the safe, continuous operation and management of a portfolio of office, retail, commercial and industrial facilities in Florida. You will develop internal and external relationships, formulate operating and capital budgets, and drive improvements across contracts, procedures and systems that affect operations and safety.

You will coordinate with Corporate Services, Real Estate, Safety & Security, Logistics and other departments to ensure

Qualifications

• 6+ years related facilities management experience
• 3+ years supervisory/management experience
• Bachelor's degree or related equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with OSHA and EPA laws and regulations
• Experience developing RFPs and selecting contractors/vendors
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems and CAFM
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead facility management operations and ensure HVAC, utilities and building systems operate efficiently
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and contingency plans
• Manage vendor procurement, SOWs and contracted services
• Oversee budgeting, finance, variance reporting and monthly departmental reports
• Coordinate events and regional activities with cross‑functional teams
• Collaborate with Corporate Services on safety, security and risk management
