Florida Blue is seeking a facilities leadership professional to oversee safe and continuous operation of a diverse portfolio of office, retail, commercial and industrial locations. You will develop internal and external relationships, manage budgets, and drive improvements across contracts, procedures, and systems to support environmental, operational, and safety goals.

Formación

• 6+ years of related work experience in facilities management or a related field.
• 3+ years of direct supervisory/management experience.
• Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with OSHA and EPA laws and regulations.
• Experience developing RFPs and selecting contractors/vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for safe, continuous operation and management of facilities portfolio.
• Develop internal and external relationships to meet business goals.
• Formulate and manage budgets for facilities portfolio.
• Oversee vendor procurement and SLAs with external vendors.
• Coordinate cross-departmental activities within Corporate Services.
