Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking a seasoned facilities/relationship manager to support the Area Manager in executing client projects on-site. This role requires strong organizational, budgeting and vendor oversight skills to drive efficiency.

You will develop programs to reduce operating costs, oversee monthly and annual budget reporting, and assist with annual plans for buildings in the area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis.
• Minimum of 8 years industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Area Manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client project.
• Develop and implement programs that reduce operating costs and increase productivity by working with the Facility Management Lead and the client.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client.
• Oversee the development and management of budgets by interfacing with the client representative.
