Job summary

Macy’s, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Facilities to lead facilities teams across stores. You will coordinate internal partners and vendors, oversee energy use, and drive capital planning to protect assets and optimize operating costs.

You will supervise staff, manage repairs and PM tasks, and ensure effective use of the Work Order system while collaborating with field and central teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of facilities management experience.
• Proven leadership and cross functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience with energy management and capital planning.
• Strong budgeting and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team responsible for managing facilities within the designated area of responsibility.
• Supervise direct and indirect reports and ensure PM tasks are executed.
• Oversee Work Order Management system usage and performance analysis.
• Drive technician productivity through Work Order/PM insights.
• Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
• Present weekly updates to partners and leadership.
