Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and project delivery for multiple sites.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control and vendor performance.
• Lead facilities staff and coordinate with clients to meet service levels.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs for building systems and sustainability initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, vendors and occupants.
