Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Sr. Manager in the Paces/Vinings area to oversee building operations for a portfolio of properties. This onsite role requires managing a team, coordinating maintenance, and delivering capital projects within budgets.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience, a degree preferred, and strong leadership with vendor management. An active driver's license and FM certification are advantageous. CBRE values inclusive employment and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Track the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Create environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
