Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Ability to lead staff and measure performance.
• Experience with staffing, coaching, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision and performance coaching.
• Coordinate daily team activities and schedules.
• Review client staffing plans to meet expectations.
• Manage capital and operating budgets for a property.
• Negotiate contracts and services with external partners.
