Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Facilities Senior Manager for a Monday–Friday on-site role in the Paces/Vinings area of Atlanta. You will oversee operations for a facility or portfolio, lead staff performance, and manage projects and budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, staff development, project budgeting, and vendor management skills, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; track training and development.
• Oversee recruiting and hiring; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate daily activities; set work schedules and cross-train staff.
• Manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and suggest operational efficiencies.
• Create environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Develop vendor relationships; oversee invoicing and PO approvals.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
