Job summary

Warren Administration Company is seeking a Facilities Manager to coordinate the design, planning, construction, maintenance, and alteration of facilities and equipment. The role involves directing work for multi-site locations and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and safety standards.

The successful candidate will supervise two or more employees in the Facilities Department, manage budgets and contracts, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7 years related facilities management experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Familiar with building codes and OSHA regulations.
• Self-starter able to work with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Inspects facility and evaluates space usage across multi-site facilities.
• Plans, budgets, and schedules facilities modifications including cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts, and contracts for construction and acquisitions.
• Develops long range plans and capital outlay requirements and documentation for facilities.
• Oversees coordination of building space allocation, layout and communications services.
• Oversees and directs maintenance personnel, custodial services and workers engaged in equipment installation, facilities equipment repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Reviews real estate contracts for compliance with government specifications and suitability for occupancy.
• Analyzes facilities HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and power requirements.
• Performs audits to support facility planning.
• Assists in developing RFPs, budgets, and performance metrics for third-party vendors.
• Acts as liaison to public utility, environmental, and energy agencies.
• Inspects construction progress to ensure conformance to specs.
• Other duties as assigned.
