Warren Equipment Company seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee design, planning, construction, maintenance, and alteration of buildings and equipment across multiple sites. You will supervise maintenance staff, manage space allocation, budgets, and contracts, and ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor's or equivalent with extensive facilities management experience, strong mechanical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and public

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 7 years multi-site facilities experience.
• BS in Facilities Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Familiar with local building codes and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Inspects facility and evaluates space use.
• Plans, budgets, and schedules modifications, bidding, contracts.
• Develops long-range capital plans and documentation.
• Oversees space allocation, layout, and communications.
• Oversees maintenance staff and contractors.
• Reviews real estate contracts for compliance.
• Analyzes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting and power.
• Performs facility planning audits.
• Coordinates proposals and contract documents.
• Liaises with public utilities and agencies.
• Inspects construction progress.
• Assists in RFP development and budgets; establishes performance metrics.
• Directly supervises two or more employees; other duties as assigned.
