Responsibilities

• Lead facilities management across a 1.5-million-square-foot campus.
• Direct, develop, and mentor a team of ~20 facilities professionals.
• Manage capital projects, preventive maintenance programs, corrective repairs, and emergency response.
• Serve as primary client partner, providing updates and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Oversee operating and capital budgets exceeding $10M, including forecasting and variance management.
• Lead vendor procurement activities, negotiate service contracts, and manage provider performance.
• Ensure reliability of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building automation, and fire alarm systems.
• Partner with district utility providers and support central district energy infrastructure.
• Utilize CMMS technology (SI7 or similar) to drive maintenance planning and asset management.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and long-term asset performance.
