Job summary

Nextpower Inc. in Mesa, Arizona, is seeking a Sr. Manager, Facilities to lead the inverter manufacturing plant’s facilities operations and ensure reliable building systems, utilities, and services to support high-volume production and uptime.

You will manage maintenance programs, budgets, contractors, and compliance, partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering, EHS, Quality, and Supply Chain to drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 8+ years in facilities/maintenance.
• 8+ years in facilities/plant maintenance with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments; strong safety/regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities operations for inverter manufacturing plant.
• Manage electrical, HVAC, compressed air, water systems, and security.
• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Oversee budgets, service contracts, spare parts, and capital projects.
• Lead facilities technicians, contractors, and vendors.
• Support capacity ramp-up and production uptime.
