Nextpower Inc is seeking a Site IT Engineer for Inverter Assembly Operations in Mesa, Arizona. You'll address direct technical challenges on the production floor, helping ensure optimal functionality of both office and production IT systems.

Your responsibilities include deploying desktops, troubleshooting network issues, and providing top-notch customer support to operators and engineers. This role is pivotal in supporting the transmission to clean energy machinery and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid skills in Windows imaging and troubleshooting, Active Directory basics.
• Comfortable pulling cable, mounting hardware, and working in production.

Responsibilities

• Provide endpoint support for laptops and desktops for plant staff.
• Install and configure network switches and access points across the plant.
• Run the site's local helpdesk, triage, and resolve user issues.
