Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial building utility power, air compressors, emergency generators, plumbing, fire systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA 70E Arc Flash programs.
• Experience managing skilled trades in large facility operations.
• Ability to create job plans and preventive maintenance in MAXIMO or CMMS.
• Excellent communications and teamwork across internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of facility (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, building ops).
• Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping, and safety management.
• Lead design reviews for new equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Interface with operations, plant replication, and vendors to meet budgets.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and deliverables.
