CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Facilities Manager to oversee operations and maintenance for a portfolio of facilities in California.

You will lead staff, manage budgets, and drive capital projects while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will coordinate with technicians, vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality service, improve operational efficiency, and uphold CBRE’s RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Facility management certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and team coaching skills.
• Experience in budgeting, capital projects, and vendor management.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and develop staff; conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate daily activities; set schedules and deadlines.
• Oversee facility repairs, maintenance, and vendor engagements.
• Manage capital projects, budgets, and variance reporting.
• Maintain client relationships and resolve facility issues.
• Review procurement and purchase orders for services and parts.
