JLL in Seattle seeks a Senior Facilities Manager (M2) to lead on-site facilities operations for a global technology client. You will manage a team, coordinate budgets, vendors and engineering activities while ensuring exceptional client service and alignment with JLL standards.

This role requires 5+ years in client-facing facilities management, a relevant degree, CMMS proficiency, and willingness to travel regionally. On-site schedule: Mon-Fri, 8-5, with on-call responsibilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles within the 3rd party IFM corporate real estate industry
• Knowledge of commercial real estate, HVAC, electrical systems, telecommunications, furniture and building energy management systems
• Experience managing multi-million dollar operating budgets and capital improvement projects
• Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsabilidades

• Supervises facility management staff to maintain facilities assets and grounds per client standards
• Collaborate within the facility management team to deliver integrated services
• Mentor and coach direct reports to improve leadership and career growth
• Ensure vendors meet client satisfaction within scope of services
• Coordinate Engineering for asset management and work order resolution
• Monitor and increase customer satisfaction
• Support development of budgets including variance and forecasting reviews
• Participate in monthly/quarterly/annual client reporting
