Job summary

Maintenance team supervisor and senior technician positions are available for commercial properties across Chicagoland and nearby regions. Travel between properties is required, with supervision of a wide range of maintenance, repair, and groundskeeping duties.

The role expects a background in construction or facilities maintenance, strong problem-solving and professional communication skills, and flexibility for overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction or building maintenance or related experience.
• Ability to safely operate basic hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Willingness to work overtime, evenings, and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping across multiple properties.
• Travel between properties using company vehicle and supervise performance of tasks.
• Complete work orders and document completed work.
• Respond to maintenance issues and assist with property improvement projects.
